**HELP NEEDED** What should I name my....

new baby?

The wife and I are looking for some input on baby names. Too early to tell if its a boy or a girl.

So lets hear it!

My name was a bit of a drag to grow up with, but I like it. I was actually named after my Grandfather, but I don't have a middle name at all, because I my Father was like "One name of my Father's is enough!" Haha... So, I suppose I'm saying that you could look up the family tree and see what you like.

My parents wanted to make sure no one else in my class had the same name I did. Sort of grooming me for a different drummer perhaps. My maternal grandmother was sure I was named after my great aunt Esther Ester Estter . . . fuck, I can't even spell the name.

Or Jacob.

Tantrum would be the bitchinest name. I'm gonna be Tantrum G from now on and adjust my behavior accordingly.

names I've thought about: dylan, jakob, samara, alexandra, angelina (i think angelina jolie is stupendously gorgeous and her name is too), isis, darren, jaden, jared

Truthfully, I have always liked that name. Now try to convince my wife of that :(

My wife wants to include my dads middle name if its a boy, which is Kenyon. I am having a hard time finding something to go with that.

A girl.. hmmm.. I've always liked Shiva

Name your kids something strong and unique. Because names are the first impression and if it's unique it's more likely remembered than forgotten. ;)

Ha...I know the pains of a unique name too. As a kid I fought all the time. The usual taunt was "Avon calling!" Heh heh...maybe that's why I still wear make up?

Or one could go in a totally new direction...let the kid pick his own name...until he or she understands the concept of it...just call em...well... Kid.

Koya.....actually Tantrum Black is cool switch it around to Black Tantrum and you can spazz out like James Brown..okay that was horrible but somehow it's funny becasue I can just se tantrum black singing along to NWA adn spazzing like james brown.....the world could truly be a beautiful place

I like names like Nathaniel, Rose and Elizabeth. But, I named my daughter after a Hindu God. I want my children to have something tied to outstanding literature and mythology. It helps to make the child a little more unique and mystical it seems.

Melora if it's a girl, but I'm a Rasputina freak so who knows
