the latest issue of wizard explains who she is behind the mask-think it was katrina kane or something like that? anyway, the main reaosn theyre bringing her back is because it has some tie in with another story line they were doing about a supervillaness whom she has history with.

wait, i was wrong but close, her name is katherine(kate) kane, gotham city socialite. my bad. she's got something to do with a title named 52? and it says in wiz that not only idd she have a "thing" with this chica they mention but she also had a "thing" with the caped crusader tambien. and did anyone notice this? there was an article in wiz about the geo locale of certain dc cities and it turns out gotham isnt chicago or nyc at all but rather located in the dcu as being in.(drumroll) lower new jersey. lol
