yips, movin in 3 weeks

So i'm movin to Niagara Falls soon for school, and startin to get a bit nervous. I kept puttin off packin thinkin it was a ways off...then i looked at the calendar yesterday and went "ah shit, its only 3 weeks away". So now i'm in the process of packin up 18 years of stuff. And tryin to come to terms with the fact that soon i will be living in a city.

Thats the scariest part of it for me. I've lived my whole life in a place that u can walk from one end to the other in less than a half hour and now moving to a place with over 5 area codes!!!

Plus, i'll just be getting my full license about a week before i move and i have an hour commute to school!!!

A little panicked, excited, scared and a bunch of other emotions i cant quite name right now, lol :p

ahh youll be fine :D always know the major bus routes, and the closest taxi to your house's number just in case, and keep 50 bucks just for taxi money :D
course i dont do any of this, but im sure itll work!! haha!

It's a bit of a change but city life isn't bad at all, just a little different. What are you taking in school?

You're not all that far away from where I live, I'm in Oshawa it's just over 3 hours from Niagara Falls. I'm sure after a few days you'll be comfortable.

i really do live in a hick town. cause the damn name is HICKS.
my parnets were talking about moving to Austin awhile back. & i was scared crapless. i'm really scared of when i finally do move away from this shitty little town.
but i wish you luck. you'll be fine.

moving is scary, i never did it growing up so i knew my entire town like the back of my hand but i moved away right after i turned 18... just think of it as an adventure, when you get lost or can't find what you are looking for just face things with a sense of humor and you'll be fine. never be scared, and try not to worry. just enjoy it!! =) i wish you the best of luck. xox.

I'm taking corrections...and i definately know where oshawa is..its where i was born. My dad lived there awhile and whenever we drive through it he points out everywhere he worked, went to school or hung out lol. And my dad and bro go up there to look through long and mcquade. and its only about an hour from where i live right now

Well it's a small world indeed. That's pretty cool, do you come to oshawa often? If you go out in oshawa when you're around where do you like to go? I'm wondering if we have the same tastes.

havent been there in a few years cept that summer to catch to go-trains. If i do go its usually with the family and we go to the OC and long and mcquade.

havent been to ne of the bars there yet....not 19 til sept. Which i guess works perfect that i'll be in the city for that since theres only one bar here in brighton, lol
