Back to the working force...
what great damn news...since the kidney issues are getting a little better(regardless of the nearly worthless doctors),I've been about to go fucking ape-shit sitting around the house actually feeling ok...
so after meeting up with i friend i haven't seen in months(the start of my isolation,ha). He's working for some aluminum plant or some such...I'll I really know is they have about 9-6000lb stamp presses and stamp out some massive aluminum sheets for concrete construction forms...
apparently they are in dire need of a Comprable welder(in walks I)...so i gotta brush up on my aluminum welding, which is a bitch weld...but it's awesome nonetheless...
Hell yea.,

Re: Back to the working force...
congrats. i wish i knew how to weld :)
welding for me is superglue and some scissors
Re: Back to the working force...
good to hear! i know how it feels... though i never had kidney issues, i was very ill for a very long time, doctors were totally useless, being jobless made ME feel useless, and once i got back out there i felt a lot better in general. most of the time sitting around only serves to exacerbate how crappy i am feeling (this does not explain why i do it so much, hmmmm...)
*is off to do something productive now*
good luck!!
Re: Back to the working force...
May the force be with you!
Re: Back to the working force...
Good welders up here make a ton of cash, I hope it pans out for you.
Re: Back to the working force...
yea i'll be making some very well needed, well deserved money...
i am a little worried though,Aluminum is such a bitch to work with...and to weld it is pretty hard...you can't stop,fix,stitch,anything...the second you get an arc you gotta tear ass through it,before it burns through.
should get right back in the swing after a few 8-10 hour days,hah...
Re: Back to the working force...
Good for you man...hope you keep on that steady upward track.
