Or that a womans fertility window is open for one day about 12 hours of the month. I think this varies from woman to woman but the fertility doctors I have spoken with have told me this. I researched online and pretty much found the same time frame on many sites.
yup..and in order to tell when you are ovulating you take your temp every morning before you get out of bed, before you pee, before you do anything , you keep it right on your bedside table, the morning that your temp is .1-.3 degrees higher is the day you are ovulating. There are other methods, involving your girl goo...but I wont get into that.
