theres been a lot of days like the one I just recently had...I don't want to get back on anti-depressants, but I would actually like to start seeing a psychologist and/or psychiatrist.

no matter how bad your day was, theres MILLIONS of people who had a way worse day than you can imagine, and if you think about it, it makes your problems insignificant
btw after re-reading that it may have sounded like i was being a dick but i really wasnt, its just what gets me through life :)
