can any one else say coverup?

I may be about two years late in this observation, but it's an interesting one. I'm writing a paper analyzing certain aspects of the Hurricane Katrina clusterfuck for a class I'm taking. After a week of searching, I've come to the conclusion that there isn't a written version of Nagin's evacuation speech (you know, the one that announced the mandatory evacuation?) anywhere on the web. You can find Nagin's infamous "Chocolate City" speech, but the other one is not present. I'm aware that it was televised, but don't you think someone would have transcribed and posted it by now? If I'm just missing the damn thing, can some one direct me to it?
