I'd make my eyes a bit bigger, maybe bump up saturation on the green a bit, and knock out the weird bump on my right eye lid. I think maybe slight color balance adjustments to knock out some of the reddish color that shows up on my skin in pictures, even though it doesn't seem to be there in real life.

i would start by fixing skin blemishes with a nice blending.. then get bored and distracted by internet porn.

I would have to remove the hideous mutant twin growing out of my left eyebrow,
I would alter my mouth so as to cover up the hair lip, and enhance my gum line where it has receded and begun to bleed.
I would also make it less obvious that my nose was prosthetic, and of course correct the lazy eye.
I'd even out my skintone. That's all.
I like the goofiness of my flaws. I'd probably distort them even further.:1orglaugh :thumb:

I'm pretty happy with myself, for as often as I hate on everything about me. I think I'd leave it the same, except get rid of the psoriasis and or excema (which I'm not sure I spelled even close to right). That's gross, and sometimes painful.
Jawline, where I'm getting the family jowles...
Bigger eyes...
Fuller lips...
More clearly defined cheekbones...
Get rid of the red, pale my complexion to the alabaster it once was...
Then start to work on my body...
