I was hot tubbing once and someone brought up the hypothetical question- if you had a house and endless money to do whatever you wanted with it , what would you do.....?

I would have an entire warehouse sized room decorated like the inside of a cloud. It would be white and fluffy and have cloud tunnels and you could jump around and roll and tumble wherever you wanted and never get hurt. It would be white and gleaming and glittery and fantastical!

The yard would have a few essentials-
- greenery, such as amazingly large trees, beatiful flowers, and vines growing up every verticle surface
- a water slide that went straight into the temperature controlled pool.
- an enormous jacuzzi with natural salts instead of chlorine
- candles the size of my entire body casting a romantic glow over the entire place
- an eating area equipped with plush pillows and a low table so you could lounge and dine at the same time

My bedroom would be obscenely large and well equipped for naughty adventures
- 20 foot ceilings
- bondage bed
- stripper pole
- aerial acrobatics ribbon
- pillow/ hookah den
- slave men, slave woman.....nude...? yes, nude
- soft plush rugs over a sexy over glossed wooden floor
- that contortionist chicky Zlata there to entertain me
- hot wax, floggers, vampire gloves, and 2 pro dominatrix's

OKI my brains gonna explode cause I have none of those things... to bad :-( I cannot fantasize anymore! Tell me your dreams, little ones!

I would have a Cyber-Tech castle. Large gothic style castle to begin with a drawbridge/towers etc. At night it would glow with thousands of feet of neon tubing. Bright green neon dragons would flash along the exterior walls and glyphs/runes/sigils would wrap around every tower.

The office: Three 30 inch monitors set side by side, suspended from the ceiling with a suspended massage chair in the middle. Each computer would be top of the line of course.

I would wallpaper the office in videocards/wires/cabbling/and other geary bits making the entire room look like the inside of a computer.

Bedroom: Large, dark, with a huge medieval bed with 4 oak posts/headboard. Thick hedonistic red blankets, satin sheets, and a roaring fireplace.

The Magic Room(aka: coolest library ever): Even though i'm no longer a Gardnerian..just the idea of a crazy magic room. Bubbling cauldrons, bookshelve after bookshelves of books, glowing crystals (lit by internal led's) a big overthetop sacrifical pentagram on the floor just for shock value. Super fantasy. And a garden of poisonous plants..Nightshade, Deadly Mushrooms, etc. (safely hidden behind glass to protect the crazy black cat that'd undoubtable live in the library)

Courtyard: In front of the keep (but still inside the castle walls) would be a quarter mile, by quarter mile square of grass for SCA battles/training. Just because that would be great.

Forge: With all the gadgets and gears needed to make armor for said SCA.

..hmm and last thing...

Theater: 20 Overstuffed plsuh recliner chairs with massagers in them... Huge screen for projection player. Stone floor/gothic chandelers/burgundy red curtains on the walls for flavor.

I've always wanted to have a compound, a big ass house with smaller houses for guests to stay in, and the kids when they grow up could move into one hehe...of course a large heated swimming pool and at least 500 acres of land. I'd have a miniature train that rode around the property. Id also have golf carts etc.

ah, yes, transportation IS important to have in a giant compound!

as long as I can afford to pay someone else to build whatever my girlfriend wants I'm happy

for me personally though just a big box with about 50,000 square feet of industrial space and lot's of electricity
