WHAT WOULD YOU NAME YOUR KID???
Hypothetically, of course.... I don't really want kids but am open to changing my mind in the futre, so I just must have the right name picked out :-)
I have always liked Astrid for the lady, but then I made friends with this girl whose daughter is named Astrid and her clothing line too, so now I feel wierd about it.....
I like Severin for the boy, I'd kinda prefer to have a boy toooooooo......
Or Dark Lord Sprinkle....I think that'd bve a very classy name for a gentelman!
My son is gonna be born any now day in the next two weeks and we chose the name Taylor-James Victor Frith,
Taylor-James because we thought it sounded pretty kick ass and rockstar like the guy he's gonna grow up to be :-)

I've got a few names for girls I'd like to use: Alexandra, Bailey, Elliot
I don't have any boy names that interest me, yet.
Though, when asked this question by one of my friends in high school, I remember answering, I'd give a girl a boys name, and I'd give a boy a last name as a first.

i named my daughter Lauralanthalasa, which i could spell right and wouldnt fit on the birth certificate. it got shortened to just "Laurana." her adoptive parents went with the more boring and normal 'Emily.' the name comes from an elven princess in the Dragonlance series of novels.

well usually when kids have a weird name like that they have a nickname that they normally use. I know several people with weird names, and they all have normal souding nicknames.

Meh. Its a moot point as one needs to reproduce in order to name ones offspring, and my genitalia left a long time ago because they were sick of the lack of work.

I have always loved native names, I know they are hard to pronounce when you look at them but when you get how they sound & what they mean, they are so beautiful but I would probably do a more angloish name as a middle name to be fair & I am sure my children's father would probably be a white guy & I would want to honor that. I would probably name my son Tlaloc Darwin, I would probably call him T-loc. Darwin as I have a deep respect for science. As for a girl I dunno? I have heard the name Ouhiniah which means "very pretty to me" in Lakota Sioux & either Nadine or Irene as a middle name as I have always found them to be very feminine names. I hope I have boys, but as longs the child is healthy that would be the most important.
Lilith Rose. But her name is now Erin Ann. Personally I think there are too many vowels and N sounds in there, but hey legally, she is no longer mine.
I also like Sonya and Lily for if i had a girl. if i ever donated semen i would want the child to be named benjamin if it was a boy.

Naming hypothetical kids is easier than naming real ones. No one has to live with the consequences. A boy named Sue is gonna have a rough time growing up, and little Huitzilopochtli may have a harder time finding a job just because of her name. However John will likely get lost in a crowd of Johns. Hitting a safe distance in the middle is ideal, so the goal is to find a name halfway between Huitzilopochtli and John. Maybe something Spanish?
A friend of mine has a daughter called Lillith. She is definitely pre-disposed to be a goth, since my friend is an old punk/goth/biker.
