Playing Board Games

Last night I spent my night with a few friends playing a board game called 'Cranium'. Basically there's 4 categories and depending what color you roll on the dice you have to pick a card from the designated color category. It was super fun although definately not my favorite game ever, but it was a nice way to hang out with some people who I often times only get to visit with at bars and clubs. My lover man and I are gonna try and make it a more regular thing :-)

What do u guys do outside the nightlife scene to spend time with your pals?

I am a big fan of crafting, bike riding, and late night dining!

jamming! i love acoustic jams with people and studying at a music college it's great just to be creative and go with the flow.

anyone can pick up an acoustic and just play one note over and over leaving you to play a melody over it

Heh heh I haven't played Cranium but like once it was a lot of fun though! I'm a fan of Stratego too.

monopoly, baby, monopoly.... I am always the shoe. I am also an fan of risk and AD&D, as far as games go, anyway.........

I used to play battleship but my friends and myself are not mature enough to admit where our ships are positioned so the game quickly goes down hill.

Monopoly was fun and we would use our own pieces so you would have GI Joe Snake Eyes facing off against my little pony and a "connect four" piece

I play a lot of tabletop RPGs, my favorite being VtM suprisingly (or not) almost every one I know prefers that one over the revamp, it's awesome and the campaigns can last for months.

I love Clue & have several versions of it, the Simpsons, version is fun but then so is the old skool one from the 1970's. I like to me Ms. Scarlett. Haven't tried Cranium but I guess I am going to have to now.

i remember i used to have this board game called Mouse Trap. My borther and i had no idea how the game was played cause the rules were confusing as heck but we had fun building the big elaborate mousetrap. when im not on the town hangin with people i usualy play videogames with my friends. We sometimes play mario party wch is a videogame boardgame thats prety rad with 4 people playing.

clue! I forgot about clue! one of the greatest games ever! I like the old 70's version... I usually play mrrs peacock... did anyone see the movie with lee ving?

I like to play FRAG and FRAG: Deadlands. Think Doom/Unreal Tournment/hat sort of thing type of game, but as a board game. Great fun. You even get game cheats, lag and pc upgrades, just like a pc game. It can even be combined with Zombies.
