Do you have a hard time following the news toooo?

Sometimes I wish I was totally up on the current affairs. The older I get, the more I desire being educated in this department. I have recently begun listening to NPR (National Public Radio) in hopes of achieving this goal, since I have been told by a number of people that it is one of the least biased sources available. However, I think I am so far behind that I don't have the slightest clue what they are talking about! It is super frustrating!
