Photo Editing help.

Hey, I just bought a DSLR and am diving into the realm of digital... I obtained a copy of Adobe Elements 5.0 as well as a copy of PSP X2, and would love to know where I could find some decent beginning tutorials for Elements and PSP. I'm not completely a beginner when it comes to photo editing but this is my first time using these programs. Any advice is welcome!!!!

P.S. I'd like to find some online tutorials but I have no problem going out and buying a book if someone knows of a very good book to begin with!!
