Im going to a concert
and i want to make some falls to go with my outfit
and to also use for several parties im going to
i need to know how to make falls out of yarn...
anyone know how....
or know a link that might be abel to help me

Its just a forum where users have tutorials, galleries, help questions, topics etc etc. Not sure what you mean by whats the heading on the page..?
Youll just have to search the forum for what your looking for, and or, sign up and ask what your looking for in specific :)

but check out Doctored Locks they have loads of tutorials on all sorts of different fake hair stuff, also you should check out the livejournal communities there are tons of fake hair and extension ones. have you considered making falls out of craft foam? they're super cyber-y

yeah thats the only down side to hand made custom falls, for quality you gotta wait. but i have played with their dreads/falls in person and you really do get what you pay for and then some. sorry that they wouldn't be available in time for tricks or treats....

can i just tie a bunch of braids to a hair tie

Anyway you can tie braids of hair on a hair tie..but its nowhere near similar nor will the coverage be great.
