I am so incredibly sick. Food poisoning, stomach flu, not sure what it is, but it sucks really a lot. I'm never going to be able to eat at the raw and organic foods place near me again. Almond butter tastes oddly similar the second time around. I prepaid for a conference this week that I haven't been able to go to at all too.

the stuff i know about rawfood restaurants isn't for public consumption.
(the only raw stuff i do now are fruits, veggies, and juice.)
i know a great food poisoning remedy from www.herbdoc.com, intestinal forumla #2, activated charcoal, edible clay, and fiber... absorbs, and nuetralizes stuff in your stomach... but they only do mail order. :(

i hope you're already feeling better. if not, get better soon. id recommend plenty of bed rest and people waiting on your every need. i wouldnt stress the conference at this point. getting healthy comes first.

As for the conference, I'm with aXa on this. Best to concentrate on getting better.

good. sorry you mised the conferece. there'll aways be other ones. i'd recommend bringing someone along to take notes or something next time just in case-kinda like a mini-amelia......wonder if you could get tatu to do it.....that would be cool.

It's funny. I've travelled all over the world--central America, Asia, Europe--but I've only had food poisoning in the US. I was retty sure this one food stall in Morrocco was going ot kill me, but I was fine. It turned out that the burrito place on Sunset in LA was the joint that really knocked me on my ass.
