That director uses the same actors in each film -
he also did Aliens: Resurrection.
The gentleman above was the crewmember in the wheelchair. Ron Perlman and the Doctor (don't remember his name) were also therein.

It's one of my favorite movies actually...if you watch it all the way through it makes more sense and will give you more background. And who the hell wouldn't move there??? that place is awesome...if you like imagery be sure to check out The Fountain, Dark Portals, and Cashern.
