has anyone ever been hypnotized before? Can they actually hypnotize you to get rid of fears and be all motivated and stuff?

Actually, I used to go to a Speech Therapist that used "relaxation technicques" to help me de-stress (one of the causes of my stammer) Unfortunately, I don't go to him anymore as he retired a few years ago. So, my stress levels haven't gotten any better since. I try the same things he taught me, but it just isn't the same.

Thing you need if you can't afford hypnosis is called self hypnosis. Read about it...
But it doesn't really remove the source of fear. It just blocks that certain fear from coming up in future.
Hey.... but that's good thing too if you can't tap into your deepest memories and unlock them :) Go self hypnosis!

self hypnosis is a temporary fix, having used it myself it just avoids and procrastinate the matter at hand.
i have found the meditation techniques I'm learning of a brahmen friend of mine a lot more usefull

Im really bad at starting stuff, anything...once I start something I dont stop until it's perfect but I have a huge motivation issue...can someone or myself hypnotize me into being motivated? that'd be so awesome

If you're wondering about the decor of the venue, we have to use the "function room" of a pub, since no clubs in Newcastle have the bollocks to put on a alternative night. The man behind the bar is the new barman. His normal job during the day is an undertaker!
