Ok, here's the prosecutions arguements:
-This user has submitted a picture that has clearly been uploaded from another site. Most first-time users don't put pictures of themselves in thier profiles, not feeling comfortable enough to take the time/commitment to a board that they aren't established at. This user seemingly did do that, but didn't put in the effort to make an avatar, which is something that would require a personal choice of images and uploads, instead of just spreading around a stolen hosted picture.
-The username is very generic and common, and in this thread the user doesn't actually say anything about themself. Nor is it very common for a real user to simply make an intro thread and not post in any others while they are here(since you'd assume that is their reason for wanting to be a member on here in the first place. they usually will sumbit to a discussion that brought them to the board prior to making an intro, and then talk about themself after they've decided they want to stay.)
-The profile information contains specific preferences that are identical to things other members have put in thier profiles. which is something that a fake person would do, since it's easier to copy than to think up original facts even if they are more generic.
But maybe I'm wrong and being rude, I'm sorry. It's just a feeling that I get and I wanted to point it out because these are criterias that other people can use in judging fakes. If that is not the case, I will glady apologize to the real person who comes back to debate it.
