I don't know what all they got access to, but if weird ass post show up here, such as "Find your true love," I sure as hell didn't post them. Yes, that was the "bulletin" that alerted me to a problem.
I sent a nice, if a bit terse email to customer service. Any one know what else I should be doing?

You probably got phished. Did you click another friends "spam" comment?
If so change your password to your *******/email/anything else you may have put a password into. Then delete your temporary internetfiles/cookies.
Change your password very frequently. Also somrthing alil complex if you can remember. most ******* passwords are still follow almost the same few formats. Names of a pet or family. SS numbers birthday phone number also common and very bad choices.
i think the important thing here we wanna know is

how about a brand new XBOX?

and make sure to check your 2 new crush alerts!

i have seen that there are some sites with similar urls like *******.com...some ppl have accidentally gone to those and put there info in and then ppl have gotten their email and pw..maybe thats what happened?

I have Kaspersky which is a virus scanner that is always on, and even when I went to my own checking on formats, my scanner alerted me to an attempted phishing script that it stopped before it started, so tracing it back through Kaspersky, it was found that it came from an ad. Reloaded the page and wasnt there, so it didn't happen.
Moral of the story, some ad's have crazy shit that is inserted in them, therefore, always keep a scanner going that scans ongoing connections. Never had a problem. :^)
