Five college students in Florida have been arrested for trying to steal an alligator.
Police saw them climb into the alligator pool of the Congo River miniature golf course and attempt to capture one of the reptiles using a palm frond and duct tape.
During questioning the students aged between 17 and 20 confessed that three of them acted as lookouts while the other two tried to capture the alligator.
