I have a question, and didnt know where to look to find the answer.

On a person's profile on the BBBs. Where it says referals, what does that mean, and how does a person give or receive one?

A referral credit happens when someone signs up for the Blue Blood boards using your referral link (listed in the FAQ when you are logged in) or typing in your username as having referred them :-)

Yup, if he typed in your username when he signed up in the space for who told him about the boards, then it would show up as a reference :)
