Syrran- SD but I'd be willing to ship you a couple to see how yah do. Also I was the Co Con Chair for Oni-Con in Houston for two years before I permanently burned out on anime, but I'm willing to take suggestions for exeptional work. The last thing I really liked was Haibane Renmai.

Small_death- I'm playing a 2nd ed DND game right now as a farewell tribute to gygax and I'm remembering why I stopped playing 2nd ed. I like 3e and I'm kinda scared of 4e.

As soon as I can acquire paint I will let you know and we will set up something. :) I would ask my ex for pictures of his but i think he's repainted them since then.

As far as anime is concerned...it has always been a part of my life. I spent allot of time on Guam in my developmental years...and its a big Japanese tourist destination so allot of that culture seeped in. I do go for months at a time without touching it...but I always come back to it.

One of the problems with drawing/painting people, Joel, is you need people to draw and paint.

This isn't a conventional kind of model request thing, so I hope it doesn't gronk off the folks here. I'm just constantly practicing rendering people's likenesses.

I just had a terrible idea, get you, scar, and natalie addams (both of whom I'm friends with irl) to paint one of my armys and have it be a Girls of Fetish theme. I can totaly see myself at some stinky nerd tournament and being like "Yeah this shit was painted by hot bitches yo." :1orglaugh

You can get that legend written where normally Thug Life would be appropriate.

As you all have seen on another forum on this site, that I take screen shot of Oblivion a great RPG. Well there is also a forum, that others like post and review both mods and screen shots on this forum. Big think tank on how to improve this game.

There are pose mods that can make your character do things. it is rather interesting to see you own little world.That you can share with others, move the camera around get good shots or find something interesting. I have add goth shop, castle, better landscape, night shy, something as simple as hair. That is my odd little hobby as of right now. I used to have a BIG 30lb chunk of fossilized FLINT tree trunk I got from an 80 yr old lady who was also a rock collector... she could tell how passionate I was about rock collecting...and let me have the pic of her collection, and she was so pleased when I got the chunk I got.....

She died soon after, but someone stole it in Florida....

FOR some ODD reason, I NEVER took a pic of it.... and that disturbs me to this day... because SOMEONE STOLE IT!!!!

i play the CCG magic: the gathering, in both its online and paper forms. in fact, im actually a co-captain of my clan. its fun. our clan can be quite social, which is good(were like a social club for geeks). i got introduced to the game through my D&D friends back in college in the early 90's and been playing ever since.

Do you know where the best places to sell Magic cards are now? I used to enjoy playing, but I don't really know anyone local to me who plays any more.

Only I used to trade Blue Blood stuff with everyone from Peter on down over at Wizards of the Coast, so I bet I have a lot of cool limited edition Magic stuff that would be better in the decks of someone currently playing.

You'd think that, but ever since Mirroden (technicaly this began in ice age and the Rath cycle if you want to quibble) the cards have been becoming more and more set specific and there has been a gradual power curve upwards that pretty well phases out old cards within 4 years so nowadays pretty much everything from Alpha- Ice age is pretty outclassed with a couple of notable exceptions. I'm not much of a player anymore but I do have a few decks from a couple of the recent sets. I really liked Champions and Defilers of Kamigawa and Ravinica but never got to play much.

- I collect skelleton keys, locks, and door parts. I have over 250 antique keys from all over the world. some of them are as old as three hundred years. and I know all about keys.... solid and hollow barrels, cut/uncut, how to tell a cabinet key from a door key from a padlock key including the differences between different door keys; a whole bunch....

for a long while ebay and similar sites were about the best places to sell older cards at. until ebay redid their fees and feedback stuff at least. card stores will mostly pay you something like under 50% of what the card is worth, depending on condition, etc. however, if there is a decent tournament scene in your area that still allows the old cards, then demand could be higher. and then there are card conventions - oftentimes you can do alot of good business at them.

depending on what all you have, it might be a good idea to find either a print magazine, like Scrye, that runs a price guide or look for one online. ebay can be used for this as well.

cool ties; very steam punk...
one of those is a lower middle class indoor door key and the shoter one is a cabinet key... both of them are not more than 100 years old I'd say 100 tops. the cabinet key may be slightly older than the door key.it's made of iron. the other looks like carbon steel..... sorry I'm geeking out over here.
