Kojak. Not really "cult" but it's from the 70's and was a hell of a show in retrospect. I've been watching some of the episodes online. Same with Barney Miller. Well written. Very well written.

Miami Vice is another show that isn't a cult show, but man some of those episodes are so much better than what's on tv generally now.

Two shows I miss- ALF, and Mr.Belvedere. Alot of people hate Mr.Belvedere, but that show had a real mean streak that wasn't as common back then as it is now.

Twin Peaks for me.
