I walk everywhere. If I didn't I would probably be about 15kgs heavier than what I am now. I don't pay much attention to what I eat, but I eat about 6 small serves a day. I am really happy with my figure at the moment, though I am looking at getting a bit stronger, especially in my arms. I have the weak girlie arms of a girl.
