And yes, you can work out some issues with NLP on most of the folks. But still, transformation is fast and it's not accompanied with the conscious mind to fully comprehend it.

Yes, it is.
The conscious mind brings them there and the conscious mind catches up.
There are also "old folks" who experience the real time life changes to which you allude.
