Re: Did they not realize?
as far as the case you speak of one eyed cat, well you didn't mention that in the post I was remarking to, so I really don't know about that. that may alter the circumstances of what happens to the husband, but it's still the same for this woman. it sucks that this happened to her, but I've seen her and you can't really factor in "what she would have wanted" because right now I really doubt that she would know the difference.

She is not able to say anything about it now and it would have been an odd thing to mention even verbally before the whole thing happened. I have a living will and it doesn't mention anything about pictures. I like to believe that my husband loves me enough that he would never allow horrifying hospital bed photos of me to circulate.

okay first of to be a martyr you have to choose the act to lead you towards being a martyr. She did not choose that, she's a vegetable..she has no choice, and has no clue. from a financial aspect she is soaking up money. from health standard she was dead along time ago, and best yet bush is pro life but has he ever once cancelled a death sentence? there's alot going on. Pearsonally i think it would be best she be allowed to die, I myself have aliving will for that reason with specific details. I am very active and love live if I am unable to enjoy and live it to some enjoyment due to injury or sickness I want to be let to pass. it's religous groups and our fear of the unkown..I am sure in what is left of her she knows that it is time to rest. One day maybe peoplem who get neurological injuries, through stem cell reasercj will geta chance, I dunno, but the qoute by the archbishop was excellent. But we cannot put our fears on others or our uncertainties or insecurities, it happens way to much as is. not all of us are meant to make it to a ripe old age, enjoy childhood, marraige, wins and losses, when will we learn not to metal with natures greatest structures; life and death?

Morning Glory, we don't expect you to not sound like anasshole. That would be unfair and foolish of us.

That's why I said a 15 year old murder. Her brain is liquified, she can give no indication of her wishes now. It is just questionable that he is telling the truth.

Her death is almost beside the point now. This has been made into a political football. Unfortunately, it is being done in a case that will raise more questions than answers. I definitely believe death is a natural transition at the end of life that should be embraced and demystified. I see a lot more going on in this case.
