The dollar amount he owes would exceed what I believe the small claims limitations are in both Oregon and California. The statute of limitations has not run out, however, so I may decide to pursue it. The problem with that sort of thing is that there is a lot of negative energy involved and the bad guy may have no findable assets to pay up with once I win and sometimes I'd rather just move on and make something new and cool.Quote:

Also I am looking for a magazine..If you can find me a Scratch & Sniff Pop-Up Porno....Send me a link....
we need to know how to avoid him
it would be cool if you could take his magazine away from him
but its a road that you may not want to travel
if the damages came from different instances there could be multiple suits
but still sometimes its best just to call it a wash and walk away wiser
Do you believe in irony?
I'm in the running right now to be a regular contributing writer for GB. It's not necessarily for love, but more for exposure as it'll probably get me into the magazine before I turn 50. (Hey, the trick has worked before, and Acid Poptart is in there almost every single month.)
The following is a list of magazines I currently read (or formerly read when they were available) BIZARRE, BARACUDA, JUXTAPOZ, DEATHROCK, CARPE NOCTEM, PROPAGANDA, BLUE BLOOD, OUTBURN, INDUSTRIAL NATION, GHASTLY, PERMISSION, FROM PARTS UNKNOWN, MODERN DRUNKARD, VARLA AND WHAP!
Please raise your virtual hand high if you remember a few of those ;)

let's see. discover, archaeology, biblical archaeological review, scientific american, pc gamer, inquest gamer, gothic beauty(*cringe).
i didnt know about the shenanigans behind the scenes at GB either. tempted to stop reading it. but, as an earlier poster said, its a scene magazine , there are not many of them around. hell, if there was something else around that fit my "dark aesthetic" i would much rather read that. like older propaganda, ghastly, or carpe noctum. maybe we could stage a revival of the blue blood print magazine and steal all his customers with a superior product! i mostly 'read' it for the pictures, clothing stores i had not known about, and the long list of music reviews.
ok so we hate gothic beauty. yey. i like having things to hate.
um... i just subscribed to shojo beat because i'm an otaku dork.
i like to browse high-fashion magazines and weird shit. mostly for the pretty pictures and creativity. i wish i had money... i love pretty pictures....
oh and japanese magazines. j-rock/visual-kei type stuff.
oppsy, i forgot to include whatever random tattoo magazine catches my fancy in a given month. usually its tattoo savage.
as to porn/erotica, i pick up the occasional issue marquis, when i can afford it - or can find it! i love seeing "big in america" in it as of late, but have been reading it for many, many years now.
argh. fetish/porn magazines. i forgot. but i rarely see them so i wind up forgetting what they're called. D:
seconded.Quote:
