I think the problem is that you are not having sex with ENOUGH of the co-workers. You should be having sex with everyone...
That way, no one will feel left out.

I have actually had great results from fucking co-workers. However there has to be a level of distance maintained at the work place. The same distance there has always been prior to the act.
