Why do you love the state you live in?

hrm.... maine's ok i s'pose, especially since i'll be moving to portland soon which is the biggest city we have here and where the most cool stuff is. we don't usually have to worry too much about natural disaters here, with the exception of the current flooding, but that's rare. it does get realllllllllllly cold in winter, and somtimes we get lots of snow, which was better when i was inschool and we'd get a snow day. oh yeah, and we have one of the best local music scenes of any place. i'll prolly move outta maine eventually, but for right now it's ok.

state of permanent four-day-after trauma. actually, i'm just glad i don't live in the US.

I live in a state of confusion.

i love california because it i grew up here
my family and friends are here
i love the ocean
i have to live here for my career of choice


oo and speaking of racoons, you can see them in california too! at my parent's house there was a wounded racoon who would hobble into my backyard and eat my cat's food. he was soo cute and my family fed him. he came around every night at the same time so we could feed him. one night he didn't come back, so he must have died. :(

I also do enjoy the state of intoxication. Which I visit it quite often.

oh hells ya ! :D was last up that way ,in damm ... been awhile.

I miss Arkansas. Laugh all you want, but it was gorgeous there. And don't give me the 'but what about the people?!', because you can go just about 30 minutes in any direction and find solitude.

I'm in Virginia now, and I loathe it.
