I have a friend who's going through the horrible "never gonna get over them" thing right now. It reminded me of the one or two I thought I'd never get over.
And yet, here it is 4:30 in the morning, and somehow I'm over her...
...I'm not over my insomnia... or the fact that I took a job I HATED this evening just because I like money, and needed it...
It's 4:30am and there's nothing important to say to you people.
With time all wounds will heal..or cheese like that. Seriously though, I know how it is. Thinking about Ex's can be a funny thing that like to just gnaw at the brain so much it's intolerable. It's like an itch you can't scratch, but have to sit there taking it looking at their relationship with someone new.
But know what? There's a big ass fishing rod over there.
P.s. congrats on a job, even though it's not what you want to do. But at least it's something, until something better comes along. Same could be said about the ex too I suppose..if your evil like that.

but thinking about my friend's current situation let me back to thinking about how I felt at the time... I was neeeeeveeeereeeeeeveeeer going to be over her... sob sob boo hoo...
nope this is mostly about how it was 4:30 in the morning, and now it's 6 and I'm still not asleep.
why the fuck would I stay up, and read the internets all night long? what kind of fucking sense does that make?
and fuck the job, it's temp work, and I fucking HATE that project. I can tolerate all sorts of bullshit, but ugh.
I'm not over any of mine. Not 100%.
With each successive breakup, I became more and more insular, bitter and guarded.
I said my ex would be the last, and she is.
I've been using melatonin to get to sleep at odd times. Originally it was just for that first night after heavy mdma use, because melatonin has a very short biological halflife and synthesises only from serotonin, which will be depleted at that time, but it's actually a nice help on any day.
Anyway, I've never really had to get over an ex, I think. I only ever seem to end relationships by gradually growing apart. No drama, so if I ever feel like thinking of them I can still afford to do it fondly.
i couldn't sleep last night either... and i got up far too early.
i get over most exes eventually... some of them still have that little heartthrob of sadness, but only for a moment until i realise they were assfucks anyway.
If you can't get over your ex, then they must be a really nice person. Clearly therefore, the reason they're an ex is because you suck.

My problem is I get way too angry. Like vengeful, I dont give a fuck what I do to ruin your life or make life difficult for you. Its my number one priority to make you want to kill yourself if you mess with my life in a relationship way. I give my heart, I love a ton...but that ends the minute you screw me over.
