Mandy Moore is the only celebrity that I remember meeting in person.
Violent J, Boyd Rice and several dozen porn stars, but i don't think they count.

Mandy Moore does pr0n, right?
I've only met some german celebs yet, besides the ones I've seen in concert.
Rogue of Crüxshadows was giving his autograph on my pal's back while he was sleeping from too much weed, and we laughed alot about it. Besides that, I've only met people most other people don't know. Yet. Yes.
lou ferrigno (sp?), but i was expecting the incredible hulk...kind of a bummer when you're expecting the green guy.
Boyd Rice.. heh.. I need to meet him utterly.. and all the people of all races.. black.. white.. yellow.. and brown.. stopped there shooting and stopped their screaming.. and then there's something with a barbecue.. I need to find that song again..Quote:

I guess that's about it. I've probably met others, but those are the only interesting ones. (I don't consider it meeting a person unless they spend at least some time talking to you.)
I had dinner once with Blixa Bargeld.
Just recently I got to meet Slash and Duff at the Velvet Revolver show.. and got hit on by the cute drummer from the band.
I also met Peter and the whole band from Type O Negative. All very fun guys! I really enjoyed talking with Peter about politics and it was pretty neat to stand up next to him and see that he was only about 6 inches taller than me (I was wearing boots too).
I think that's about it though...
We got to interview "Ghost" from Motograter on the tour bus. All the guys from Motograter were on there partying with American Head Charge, so I got to meet all of them.
I stood next too and chatted with a couple of the guys of Dope all night at the Motograter/Mushroomhead show. Pretty nice guys, though Edsel was MIA. But I was getting kinda close to one of them, :).
Zero...I try to avoid them as best I can.
Well, they better. I met Tabitha Stevens. She drew me a picture, autographed it while her bodyguard and I argued about how bad the 60s Batman show was.Quote:

Of course, I came from a sort of small city and saw like 6 different local newspeople. But, I'm sure that's a lot of people.
i forgot all about the wrestlers i've met.. i've met vampiro *sigh* and hulk hogan and like 9 others but i can't find the damn poster they all signed. this is pissing me off... and if we're counting porn stars, then i've met lizzy borden, rob black, tabitha stevens, jenna jameson ,ron jeremy, jesse jane *yum* Seymore butts, felicia fox, belladonna, stephanie swift... you get the picture.

I don't know why I remember this. But, an ex met Chris Christopherson, after a Thrill Kill Kult show in a bar, and he asked where he could score some good coke. I was supposed to be on that trip and I missed out.Quote:

I met Bob Dylan, and chickened out when I saw Sascha Konietzko (I'm painfully shy)
My cat just knocked over a stack of old vhs and some dvd box tins, and one of them is the HellRaiser tin, Signed by Doug Bradly (Pin Head). I nearly for got about that. (it was th same day i met Violent J). i was wearing myvest (another story for another time) and the front was covered with quirky pins. Doug read every one of them aloud, and he used the pin head voice to read the "Jesus would slap the shit out of you" pin. what a voice.... yummy.

It was early and my dad was getting coffee and Grohl, like most drummers, was going on and on and on. My dad is pretty athletic and is about 185 pounds of muscle. But, he just flexes it for helping people. Well, he almost made an exception that time. My Dad by the was looks like the construction worker from THE VILLAGE PEOPLE, mustache, boots, really skimpy cut-offs and all. But, still is MANLY, not gay, or so he tells me.Quote:

Well, we were all getting high outside, in the back by the stage door and all wondered why there was a tour bus there. "I mean who needs a tour bus for a fuckin' show?" I believe the drummer of Steel Wool said. I believe I said: "I don't know." I don't really remember what happened after that.
The most memorable person I have met was Ronnie James Dio, he was extremely sweet and kind.
Really. That's excellent to hear. He always seemed like that in all his interviews. Nice to hear that.Quote:

Btw, most of the names there are people in Canadian music. That's why you likely won't recognise quite a few. If you're talking about celebs i've served but not actually "met", then there would be many more. I worked in a resort town for a couple of years.
~Histrionica~

I've met more bands than I can honestly remember.. and that's probably a good thing.
I met Bill Clinton.
I saw Drew Barrymore across a room once, but was too chicken to go talk to her. I love her.
Is Clinton as charming as they say?Quote:

i guess the only one that was really memorable was 3rd eye blind because i was in 6th grade and it was just a great night...
and also i was very honored to meet Sasha...but it was kind of sad when he signed a poster for me instead of putting "Bre" he put "Pre" so that was kind of retarded...i know i shouldn't have, but when i got home i made a little loop on the P to make it a B...
