What's your bedtime ritual? Mines is....drink til' I pass out.:drunky:
I don't have one. It really varies on how tired I am after work.
usually i read some fiction or a magazine. then if im lucky, and my cat hasnt decided to prevent me from doing anything besides petting them, i will look over my past journal entries or write a new poem, if i feel inspired. while i do all this i typically have music on.

Bedtime, what's that?!? You mean
people actually plan on when they'll
go to sleep? Hmm... might have to
give that a shot, although it wouldn't
much matter, 4 or 5 hours later (or less)
just be back up again. Oh yes, I do
remember sleep, it was the narcotic
induced thing I did in the hospital and
supposedly called Muse in a stupor
asking for a steak and a beer.
I guess if there is actually a ritual for
when I actually have to be restful,
it would be several bong rips of anything
of the Indica variety... Sativa strains are
more the go out and do shit smoke.
Bedtime Ritual: check e-mail; check number of visitors to weblog; check toilet; check-out bed.
Bedtime Ritual when not alone: check weblog; check toilet; check out wherever bed is going to be for fun; check weblog (after fun); check-out bed.
sleep wherever I happen to fall down. wake up, take off boots, pass out again.
weekdays: come gome from work, watch a movie and knit or read for a bit, spend a bit of quality time with my kitties (if they're not sleeping), then go to bed and ignore the sun that's coming in through the windows.
Sundays (sometimes): pass out after drinking a bit at the bar my man works at
I am slightly handicapped (enough to give me handicap pension). Every evening I take my sleeping tablets and fall asleep soundly with my Siamese cuddled up to me. She pushes and shoves so during the night I have to tell her off for being so bossy.
