No, seriously, there's a 2 page article about her, with theories as to why she wasn't stopped sooner, how she might have inspired Bram Stoker when he was writing "Dracula," and why it made sense at the time for her to think bathing in blood might help her keep her youth.

no, but there was a thing on her last week on the discovery channel it was pretty good and one of her ancestors are still alive today.
'fraid i didn't read that, but i once read a biography that discussed similar ideas in great detail. isn't it estimated that about half of her victims were blood relatives?

I can't find a GB to read it. Maybe they will send it with my subscription I just got. I have a fantasy about elizabeth. I recreated her 'bloodbath' in one of my photoshoots. I used McFarlane's toy figure for the posings, the ideas, etc. (that whole damned series kicks ass)The blood part was hard as heck. Do you have ANY idea how much blood it takes to fill up a claw foot tub? And how to explain it afterwards? (it left a nice pink stain). She, by far, is my favorite character in all history besides La Voisin (the poisoner).
What kind of blood did you use? Their are tricks for that you know...from old skool hollywood ones to new skool science junkie ones.
I don't like deleting threads, but I also don't like it when someone who owes me A LOT of money (not to mention some favors) spams every forum I have with the same Bathory post. Somehow I doubt that it is accidental that this same post has appeared over and over in all our promotional venues. We used to give Steven a lot of free promo. If he liked it that much, maybe he should have been honest and decent in his dealings with us. Sometimes being a bad person does not pay.
