i just notice how people carry themselves. posture i guess? but its the same for everyone, i always notice that :p:
I tend to study their face. I feel like I can tell a lot about a persons disposition from looking at the structure and tone of their facial structure. It may be totally crackpot, but how people naturally hold their mouth, how the little muscles above their eyebrows are developed, what their eyes would say to me if it were just a photo of them standing there, that sort of thing. I don't come away with particularly strong or unchangeable judgments but it is usually the first thing I notice.

same sex: butt or boobs; depends on if they are walking towards or away from me :)

Boobs, but it's usually because I'm trying to see what's on the shirt they're wearing...

You mean when judging someone attractive or not? Cause that's kind of a narrow way to phrase the question.
Anyway, style.
I look at the face, I like guys with cat shaped eyes and eyeliner. I look at the hair, I like guys with long hair and I look at guys waist because I like men with skinny waists.
I tend to notice hair first, and then their confidence. I can't stand whiny "pity me" men, so I tend to pick up on confidence levels immediately.

Eyes, You can tell alot about a person with their eyes. They are also such a sexy feature on both guys and girls.

I usually notice the clothing first, hair, then eyes.

Definitely eyes and smile first!
