In less than a yr, I went from drinking two beers to catch a buzz to 2 pints of vodka. (slammed no less)

I got it by ingestion, thru a very deep cut on my big toe, and by breathing the air.

I lost so much weight, I got down to 80 lbs, and my body went into starvation mode, causing me to gain a lot of weight very quickly.
I've always been able to eat everything I've ever wanted without gaining a pound.

I *did* have a high metabolism, and I loved it.

BUT, I have to remind myself just because the fat didnt show up on my thighs doesnt mean it wasnt showing up in my arteries.

When I got sick, that was a very scary and DARK time of my life.I'm seriously thankful I lived.

it's slowed down? did the red tide cause permanent damage or was it just a long time ago?...sounds like it's quite a serious illness..
