Cheese is the shit. Love that stuff. You can put it on pretty much anything. I like it when my wife makes stuffed chicken and she puts a lot of cheese in it. I just hate the fact that it costs a lot here. Gotta go to Costco and get the big block of cheddar cheese.

I must have been a rat in a past life because I can never get enough cheese.

Speaking of bacon, asparagus wrapped in bacon is good, gonna have some of that tonight, there's a great chicken wing place near my house, crispy wings with lots of pepper, and they have the asparagus/bacon stuff.

Homer Simpson had the dream of chocolate, mine is going to CheeseLand, rivers of cheese, everything made of cheese so you can eat whatever.

Hebrew Nationals are the shit. Any Kosher weiners are good. When it comes to hot dogs, Jewish people know how it's done.

Perfect hot dog for me would be an all-beef, encased or not, chili, cheese, and topped with chopped onions....MMMMMMMMM!

No Phd, self taught, deep appreciation for all Pie. Had some friends join the Universal Life Church online to become ministers ,was with them at the time decided I believed in Pie and therefore should minister in Pie's good name ,and yes it applies to all Pie. Rhubarb is my favorite.

I've always been a firm beleiver that if you can make it tasty, it doesn't matter what part of the animal it came from. Use the whole thing. That's where things like sausage and other forced meats came from. "What're we gonna do with this mess now? Well, we've got all this intestine layin' around, let's cram all of this nasty meat into it with some herbs and spices and cook it"
    Ever had scrapple? Mmmmm......

and to keep with the cheese theme, I will be topping it with a nice grana padano.
