I heard they were doing that with the movie for the 7th book. as far as I know they're not doing it for half blood prince. it makes a lot of sense to do two movies for the last book. if they did it in one, the movie would be like seven hours long. a lot of turf gets covered in the last book. milkimg it or not, its a better idea to do two.

Ew Harry Potter. I wish I was back in the states when that came out so I could make fun of my friends again like I have for every harry potter release thus far.

THAT'S what my friend Doug was trying to tell me about! I can't remember if he said he'd already seen something like this, or that he was going to see it, but what you describe rings a definite bell.

I'm only vaguely familiar with the Watchmen characters and plot line. (I skimmed two graphic novels that day in Waldenbooks and wound up buying "Kingdom Come" instead.) I'm trying to keep my exposure to it to a minimum until tomorrow when I can sit down and watch the movie from beginning to end without previous bias, expectation or presumption.

I remember that. it was part of a charity event, that other authors also took part in the story had to fit on a certain size postcard.....
as for the movie, I doubt they'll do a prequel any time soon; fans would be pissed if they saw anything with diferent actors. emma watson wanted to bail out after the fourth one, and the fans freaked out..... yeah, I know, I know WAY too much about this....

if she was smart she'd do a prequel series years from now, like they did with star wars. that would make the most money.

i dont blame ya just bar ein mind it's based on an allan moore comic. so it may be a bit out there for most people. he's very stylized with hiss tuff and likes tot hink outside the box on storylines alot. like he did v for vendetta, league of extraordinary gentlemn, the killing joke (a batman story that went into batman and jokers duality ompelx with each other.) he also did an erotica graphic novel with like snowwhite, wendy form peter pan and i think alice in wonderland/ or maybe dorothy? it was like a hundred bucks though so i didnt snag a copy lol
