    Default Strange Places.

Today I took a heap of children to a three day camp. On the way I drove through 250 metres of Sick before realising it. This got me thinking, because I didn't know that there was a place called Sick here, what other strange place names are there floating around?

Near me are the towns of:

    Wankum
    Strange
    Knapsack.

Is there really a place called "Sick"? Oh, I HAVE to go to Germany... Manhattan has all the streets that are famous. Nothing too obscure...

But I do live across from the famous "Dakota", which is where John Lennon was killed, and also one of my favorite films "Rosemary's Baby" was shot. Also, Boris Karloff lived in the Dakota, and it is haunted.

I only spotted it by chance. It's too small to appear on any of my maps.

Haha, yeah I remember Hell, MI. It froze over one year and the newscaster made a joke and told all the children to tell their parents to bust out their wallets because Hell froze over. My sister and I called my Mom at work as an emergency and told her all the stuff she owed us for promising it when Hell froze over. Also, there is a Normal, IL. and a town call Pau Pau, IL has all these high tech windmills in it and its really creepy looking. Around Jeff City, MO. there are a bunch of towns with names with Z's C's and S's all by each other and they are like 25 letters long. They are all really hard to pronounce. All these letters and only 3 or 4 vowels in the whole word.

    Alright,
Spuzum in BC, Canada, there is a sign saying "welcome to Spuzum", then there is a gas station, then there is a sign saying "come again".
And there is my personal favorite in Quebec (or is it New Brunswick)....
St.Louis du Ha Ha....I kid you not! hehehe

In IL, there's a Normal...which is odd to me. And a few miles from here is a town called Rice.
