...Being stuck in Arizona for two weeks with a father who just had emergency open heart surgery, and a step-mom who quietly dislikes me. Missing halloween, several parties, subversion and the dresden dolls and the election. Not sleeping in my own bed with my husband. Not being able to cuddle my son. Being on my period. Not eating or sleeping enough. Crying quietly in the bathroom.

Pretty much all sucks.

Not being able to delete your email cause Outlook thinks a file is corrupted when it's not sucks more...I now have 600 emails for pure garbae I can't quietly send into hell.

I was worried that I hadn't seen you online because I wasn't sure what was up with event stuff because I don't know when I will be off crutches. Darn that real life real problems stuff interfering.

Wow...I feel like a total inconsiderate dick...missed the open heart surgery part...hope things work out for the best...never easy dealing with family health issues and being away from home.

Well, I guess I wont complian to you about my car stereo taking a dump on the way into work last night... My dad went thru open heart surgery about 20 yrs ago..I think it's almost as hard on the family as it is on the one getting the operation. All I can say is I feel for ya.
Also, I must correct Dying Sunshine : There is no such thing as too much Jagermeister!

Never been to Arizona and I don't get periods, but the rest rings bells for me (from ten years ago), even if it was a daughter rather than a son.

Hope it all improves damn quick.
