I hate livejournal. There used to be a few people's journals I read, but now I just hate it. Whine, whine, whine. Even people who are normally perfectly reasonable turn into self aggrandizing whiners on that site. Sooner or later it gets everyone involved. Whine, whine, whine, drama, absurd cruelty, whine, whine, whine. Livejournal is a fascinating study in man's inhumanity to man.

That could be said about EVERY online journal site. They are places to vent and get out of ones skin. While they may be filled with whining and cruelty...that's what a journal has ALWAYS been. It's a place for a person to put down their thoughts yes...but mainly their gripes.

Though many who have one here do have interesting journals...plus you see diffrent sides of people that make for very interesting situations.

I do have two, one public and one private, but I do not have them at livejournal. For some reason have the worst luck with navigating and even trying to find anything on that site. Your link worked, but out of over 20, I'm still barely over 10 percent.

I did not ever have a LiveJournal, but I did have an account on DeadJournal and a MovableType blog and I ended up whining in both of them. I do not whine in my pen and paper journal, but internet journals always degenerate. I am not an exception and I hate that.
