In March I received a package from the south of Germany with a porcellain figure in it. The figure was in several pieces, which shouldn't have mattered since I paid insurance. Today I finally got the result of the criminal proceedings against the seller back through the post, and what had initially been 33 Euro (including the insurance premium) is now going to cost the seller 160 Euro. So today is a happy day for me.

Anyone else had to resort to criminal proceedings to get something back that belongs to them or to get something replaced or similar?
