i couldn't find the thread about concerts, so i suppose it's expired by now... so here's the new one.

i'm pretty excited about seeing Moonspell & Cradle on the same gig in may... and i'm definitely not gonna miss Carpathian Forest + Tjuder later this month...

they just played here. they used to be one of my favorite bands, but after waiting so long for thier last album to come out, and then in all the time since with virutally nothing new, I lost intrest.

dunno bout that... but you seem like someone who might have recently seen Satyricon + Morbid Angel... out of curiosity (if i'm right, that is...) what was the gig like?

Yeah... and Slipknot - I hate slipknot with a passion. If I do end up going i'm leaving before slipknot gets on stage.

No.... Unfortunatley that one missed me, unless it hasn't come around here yet. I have been "out of the loop" for a while, just recently getting back into it. I know Morbid Angel is amazing live (especially with David Vincent, who is rumored to be rejoining!), heard really good things about Satyricon.

i'd have to put Satyricon somewhere among the top 10 black metal bands (on my list). old school norwegians. the new stuff is more thrashy, sounds almost like Kreator. i've only heard 2 songs from the new album tho-

the tour is over, but the interesting things about it is, that Frost (the drummer) had a record so he couldnt enter the States... so Trym (ex-Emperor) was his substitute. according to the reviews, Trym couldn't adopt to their style so they had to adopt to his! LOL.

Nobody good ever comes here. All the good bands only seem to tour in Europe. I was supposed to see Satyricon about a month ago, and when I got there, a note on the door said that they weren't playing. Then I found out about the **** incident later on. But I saw 3 Inches of Blood, and they were good.
