for T-shirts, I'd check out angryyoungandpoor.com, get great band shirts for like 14 bucks.

if you have a particular industrial band in mind, check out their website and chances are they have a place on it where you can order merch. it will usually be cheaper buying it directly from the band then buying it from someone else.

http://www.2blossoms.com - New independent project from VAST, has some interesting new artists. I could name some retailers, but I think it is better to go directly to the source when possible. I've bought stuff from Rasputina, L7 and others directly.
