I went down to sacred heart tattoo in Houston and got my name done in Hebrew. It looks really cool. It almost got fucked up because I was starting to laugh (they had Mind of Mencia on the tv).

actually this one didn't really hurt at all. I did have a friend who was so afraid of needles that he passed out when he got his. So when people ask if it hurt he had to say I don't know. But when the artist says "I've never done anything like this" you know it has to be just the littlest bit original.

It's Texas...you'll find stuff named after religious icons, saints, places, etc. by default. Kinda like California how much of the places are in spanish and the "illegal Aliens" pronounce them better than most locals.

I saw an arabic calligraphy design in a book that would make a cool looking tattoo, but I don't know what the fuck it means. the language is hard enough to read just in a straight line, IMO.

Arabic is my favorite written language to look at. I don't speak a word of arabic but it looks really cool.

On the japanese thing though. I heard about this Japanese artist who got pissed at all these preppy bitches wanting all these symbols. So this one lady wanted a bunch of symbols around her navel. He wrote "please insert general tao's chicken here" and this girl wanted the symbol for princess. So he drew the symbol for prostitute and inked her.
