Need a B&W Tattoo Artist Recommendation

I want to get my shoulder done. I have a good idea of what I want done, but as of yet I have not been able to find a tattoo artist that does (preferably specializes in) "GOOD" black and white art.

Can any of you recommend someone in the LA/OC/SD area that does good black and white work? Preferably someone with a website.
