age and plans

wat do u plan to do with your lives and what DID u want to do before good old uncle sam poked a great big finger in your eye?

I don't really have a plan, but I have a direction.
I am starting my internship Monday as a medical assistant.
I just completed 6 months of medical classes and now I have to intern for 2 months for FREE. I'll be working an 8 hour shift Monday- Friday. I may possibly be hired afterwards there at that same clinic, so I'll get paychecks, which is good. But I gotta go back to school to complete 8 months of general ed. classes, then I shall recieve my associates degree. I'll probably be going to school at nights if I decide to work at the same time. Then, who knows, I may continue my education and become an RN. I may be a doctor. Hell if I know.
I know I'm going in the right direction, though. I belong in the
medical field.

i feel as if i've done what i was put here to do. right now i feel a little like a crashed program, waiting for someone to ctrl-alt-delete and kick me off the system.

in the meantime, i'm gonna have fun.

I don't reaaly have a plan or direction. My aim is to basically do a good job and at the end of the working day, walk out of the door and forget work and have a little fun, which working pays for, hence if I do a good job, I might get a decent pay rise and be able to have a bit more fun.

Not much of a plan, but if it gets me by, then it's all that I can ask.

going to college in september and taking correctional service worker. Hopefully gonna get a job in some time of juvenile facility thats relatively close to where i'm living now, but some where a bit larger than brighton, but not where close to being a city...

if I dont die from my ear exploding (ive had an ear infection for over a week and a half now) then I think I want another kid, I enjoy being a mom...awwww

Thanks I dunno...you'd have to wait in the waiting room forever, then I'd ask you a gazillion questions, fill out the patient chart, then leave you for the doctor to deal with... That's all I'm good for as of now.

it's kinda backwards how thing work- i have a bachelor's degree in medical biology, but it's pretty useless until i go to grad school, which i intend to do at some point. in the fall, i'll be going back to school for an associate's degree and my medical lab tech certification so i can do that while i go to grad school. as much as i love working at the bookstore, i don't wanna do it for the rest of my life. although the older i get, the more i realize i have my whole life to get to where i want to be.
