Avoid using a half a roll, would be my advice. Sometimes, intermediate flushes can help. Of course, then you might risk the "rising" of the water when you're sitting too.

Probably the extra paper. But also, toilets these days are designed (by law) to use very little water per flush. So the flush is really weak and it can't push the shit and paper down.

You can always get fast dissolving paper, of the sort meant to be used on boats. I don't know how fast it dissolves, though, so there might be a really unpleasant learning curve.

Or you can do your dumping at work or school where you have the whole building's water pressure on your side. Or you can modify your diet. Lay off those tall buildings, Godzilla...

What I hate is when the prick before you shits then clogs it but you don't realize it's clogged. Then you get up and the toilet water is rising and you just pissed. I scream through the house when that happens.
