There's apparently a novovirus going around the UK at the minute, causing people to sudden runs and vomitting. One of the blokes at work called in sick before christmas and hasn't been in work since.

They say you need to stay at home, drink lots of fluids, and wash your hands regularly, to prevent it spreading.

i hope its the first cause i was hoping this year would kick ass. I dont even know what i had just my whole body hurt and i had a gnarly fever, but the worst was the headache it felt like my brains were blowin up inside my skull. luckily its all done with for the most part just have a bit of a cough now but im guessin it should be gone in a day or two.
