I just wanted to thank you all, for making me feel so welcomed in this great family.I have made a lot of friends and learnt a lot about the goth culture in the one and a half month I have been posting and (why not?)living the blueblood lifestyle.

We can't work out the nuances of a new member's personality and sense of humor from stalker-style messages, so the default is to assume they mean what they look like they mean. We may be besmirching him, but if you see a tail and hear a meow, you don't assume there's a dolphin in the room.

Well, they do - it just depends on how it's said.

I've worked in a few parts of Europe, and it's common to make flattering comments about a woman's clothing or ass, and kiss them good morning, even if you're not even friends.

I just think he's coming across as creepier than he is because of language differences is all.

But whereas women in Europe keep porn caches at work and suchlike, there's a different female vibe here. I'm not saying better, just more reserved, publicly - and far less tolerant of the appreciation of others.
