Oh yes, unfortunetly I did work today. Even on my days off though, I usually get up pretty early.

On days I work, I get up a little after 4, on days I have off, sleeping in for me is waking up at 6 or a little later.

Well, I go to bed pretty early, around 9, unless I'm out and about. So about 7 hours if I sleep through the night.
